Yoga Flow
A dynamic, challenging and fun yoga class. We use creative transitions to take us from one pose to the next. Bend, stretch, twist, sweat and leave feeling better than you started.
Yin Yoga
A slow-paced, meditative class. Here we hold reclined or seated poses for several minutes each with the support of props. While at times mentally challenging, yin will leave you feeling more relaxed in your body and calm in your mind.
Pilates
Move, bend, twist, pulse and SWEAT with Pilates! Here you will get a fun, full-body workout that is always fresh and sometimes a little funky. Be challenged in new and creative ways and leave feeling stronger, more capable and a little (or a lot) sweaty too.

A relaxing, gentle class to restore body and mind. Here we move through different reclined and seated poses designed to help you rest and unwind. It feels like the big sigh out at the end of your day.
