I believe movement doesn’t need to be boring or something you dread.

I am passionate about helping people find fun and sustainable ways to move more and take time for themselves. When we feel better physically, it improves every other area of our lives.

My other passion has always been travel. I read about it, daydreamed about it, studied and interned and volunteered overseas as much as I could during university. Now I plan, organise, and host Move + Explore Yoga and Travel Retreats in Italy.

It is important to me to create the most unique, memorable, and mindful experiences people will remember forever.

Travel has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life and I love to share it with others.

I love this community we have built together. I love witnessing you all get stronger and more confident each week. I am committed to continuing to learn and grow with you. Thank you for being here, it means the world to me.
