Does your schedule or location make it difficult for you to attend classes in person? Then our online offerings have got you covered! Practice yoga and pilates from the comfort of your own home. Roll out of bed, roll out your mat and start your day with movement. Book in for a class and join live to help keep yourself more accountable. 30 minute sessions make it easier to fit movement into your weekly or daily routine.

Hi, I’m Angie.

Your friendly neighbourhood Yoga and Pilates teacher! I’m originally from a little town close to Toledo, Ohio (not Canada lol) and I’ve called Australia home for the last 6 years.

My mission is to help more people find joy in movement and also in stillness.
